Services & Rates

Full Fitness Training Starter Plan

90 minutes: $150

If you are looking to get in shape for the long term, this plan is for you.  This will cover 3 sessions of 50 minutes each.

Session 1:

Build a nutrition plan with tips that will make hitting your targets a breeze

Initial assessment of posture, Range of motion and identifying problem (read painful) tasks

Light workout targeting "Push" exercises including post training stretching

Session 2:

Analysis of nutrition plan and dialing it in to focus on your goals

Targeted focus on the problem joints or muscles

light workout, this time it is pulls, finish with some stretching

Session 3

Address any remaining question

Light leg day

Stretching and rolling (it really works)

Nutrition and Diet Consultation

30 minutes: $40

Help with logging meals and exploring ways to eat healthier and manage weight.  We will look at the macro nutrition, and plan a diet that achieves your goals.

Personal Training Session (In Gym)

50 minutes: $60

One on one instruction and coaching.  Learn to lift right, without pain or injury!  We can focus on the muscle groups and exercises that YOU want.  Build strength, muscle endurance or build the physique that you have always wanted.

Program Building

30 minutes: $40

Want to create a 3 or 4 days workout split that targets the whole body, or just plan a single day strength and endurance builder, I can assist your in building a workout program that you will enjoy and get results.

Hybrid Coaching

50 minutes: $80

Hybrid coaching:

1 day a week,  1-1 personal coaching, the rest of the week will be done virtually.  Through the wonders of of technology, I will monitor and recommend additions and changes to your routines and be ready to answer any questions you have.
